I serve as technical advisor for a global manufacturer's enterprise partnerships with organizations of 1,000-7,000+ employees, traveling with C-suite to deliver technical presentations and demos. Internally, I lead initiatives aligning 20+ stakeholders across 5 departments to deliver platform updates and system integrations. I manage cross-functional teams, coaching members on internal tools and solution design through systems thinking methodology.

Recently delivered a major platform modernization under budget for enterprise system handling ~$2M monthly sales, achieving 81%→52% homepage bounce reduction and $60K annual savings. Featured in Furniture World, Home News Now, Furniture Today.

As Technical Product Manager for a SaaS startup, Vinissimo Enology, I co-architected AWS multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure for projected 50+ enterprise clients.
