AICO Platform Modernization
AICO, a global luxury furniture manufacturer with $30-40 million in annual revenue, had a burgeoning $350k problem. Their integrated website platform, which facilitates approximately $24M in annual B2B sales through dealer networks, was developed over the course of 30+ years by IT professionals, sans documentation. It was an inextricable twine of internal connections. No one at AICO touched it beyond minor photo updates for fear of breaking or causing a security risk.
The CEO and founder, Michael Amini, demanded an update. Referring to AICO's opulent showrooms in High Point and Las Vegas, Michael stated, "Our website should awe people the same way our showrooms do".
For these reasons, amongst others, external vendors quoted $350k for the desired modernization. I delivered the final product in adherence to every constraint for under $1,000, influenced ~$100K/month in sales, and freed $90K in annual operational capacity in the process.

Businesses get to a point where they either: maintain personal client relationships and stay small, or they scale operations and lose the personal touch. I built TheBaerBones to solve this problem.
In the front, I use a custom-trained AI chatbot that writes in my voice to preserve individuality and create copy for initial website builds. With this, I combine custom code and modular design components across Shopify and Webflow to create unique websites every time. In the back, I use a custom financial management application, with AI for financial advising, along with a Notion system which functions as a CRM and database.
I maintain 100% project delivery success rate across 20+ technical projects, business autonomy while employed full-time elsewhere, and scaling ability while maintaining quality without overhead increases.

Vinissimo Enology's Beverage Inventory Platform
Vinissimo's founders wanted to simplify beverage management for restaurants and wine producers across Europe's culinary market. They understood the €90 billion HoReCa sector's pain points intimately, but could not translate that domain expertise into technical requirements.
Without a clear technical roadmap, their platform which needed to feature AI-powered inventory and multi-tenant architecture risked becoming another failed startup.
As Architecture Consultant, I created the initial application proof of concept that gained founder approval and I translated between founders/sommeliers and the development team to co-architect the initial plan for their platform's AWS infrastructure.
